Acute
Toxicity Test:
This test could not detect the half lethal
limit (LD50) on mice. No tested animals died
after given the maximum dosage which is equivalent
to 540 times over adult daily maximum dosage
(converted according to weight of human beings
and mice). These results showed the high clinical
dosage safety.

Long-Term
Toxicity Test:
Rats were given 4, 8 and 16 times over an
adult daily clinical dosage (dosage converted
according to body surface area of human
beings and rats) continuously over a long
period of time, and no toxic reactions were
found. The observations of weight changes,
hematology, hemobiochemistry, organ coefficients
calculation and histopathological examination
of the important organs were performed;
No pathological changes related to OsteoKing
were found. The results showed that long-term
use of OsteoKing is safe.

Analeptic and Anesthetic
Test:
The tests performed by the National Analeptic
and Sports Nutrition Inspection and Research
Center showed that OsteoKing does not contain
any analeptic and anesthetic.
Tests of Heavy Metals
and Harmful Elements:
The tests were done by Hygienic laboratory of University of Iowa, Hong Kong Standards and Testing Centre, and Advanced Laboratories, Inc in USA. The
results indicate that OsteoKing is safe and in accordance
with the international standards.
